Service Level
Cureoreum operates under a “Best Effort” commitment. We aim to maintain explorers and node daemons effectively but provide no guarantees regarding uptime or absolute data accuracy. This limitation applies to inherent blockchain challenges (source code errors, network instability, forks) as well as operational constraints on our end.
Operational Scope
While we implement redundancy and backup protocols, resources are limited to maintain cost-efficiency.
